Information for Insurance Plans Which Require Referrals
Most HMO plans including Keystone, Aetna HMO, United HMO, and Cigna HMO require referrals for your visit to be covered by insurance. You can feel free to schedule your appointment now, but your primary care doctor will need to electronically send a referral to our office. They may need the following information:
Group NPI: 1932592144 (This is needed for most non-Aetna HMO plans)
Individual NPI: 1750583316 (This is needed for most Aetna HMO Plans)
ICD10 code- R21
Make sure that your doctor selects Richboro as the location of service.
